山東黃金金控集團(香港)有限公司 (以下簡稱“本公司”) 於 2024 年 12 月 23
日在香港高等法院發出傳訊令狀(編號 HCA 2541/2024)，向部分在職及已離職
員工(共計 53 人)追討本公司過往向該等人士錯誤發放的花紅。
本公司對於在该诉讼中被列为被告的在职相關人員工作及各方面表現並無任何
不滿。该等人员並不涉及違反職業操守、失職或專業失當等問題，本公司對他
們的專業性和職業操守不存質疑，並相信他们可以正常工作、履行職責，不會
影響本公司的正常運作。

Shandong Gold Financial Holdings Group (HongKong) Co., Limited (hereinafter
referred to as “the Company”) issued a Writ of Summons (No. HCA 2541/2024) in
the High Court of Hong Kong on 23 December 2024 and tried to recover the
bonuses that were wrongly paid to some current and former employees (a total
of 53 persons) by the Company in the past.
The Company has no dissatisfaction with the work and performance of the
relevant persons who have been listed as defendants in the lawsuit in any
aspect. As they are not involved in any violations of professional ethics,
negligence, or professional misconduct, the Company has no doubts about their
professionalism and professional ethics, and believes that they can work and
fulfill their duties normally without affecting the normal operations of the
company.
